Justin Bour has reached an agreement with the Hanshin Tigers of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball league, Tigers GM Osamu Tanimoto told the Japan Times on Thursday.

The Angels signed the 31-year-old Bour to a one-year, $2.5 million contract for the 2019 season, but he struggled with Los Angeles, batting .172/.259/.364 with eight home runs across 52 games.

Veteran catcher Yan Gomes has agreed to a two-year, $10 million deal to return to the World Series champion Washington Nationals, a source told ESPN's Jeff Passan on Wednesday.

Two-time All-Star catcher Stephen Vogt has agreed to a one-year deal with the Arizona Diamondbacks, the team announced Tuesday.

The deal includes a vesting option for a second season. Financial terms weren't immediately available.

Catcher Dustin Garneau agreed to a one-year contract with the Houston Astros, with whom he figures to compete for a backup role.

The Texas Rangers have agreed to a three-year, $30 million contract with free-agent pitcher Kyle Gibson, a source told ESPN's Jeff Passan.

The deal is pending a physical, the source said.

The Milwaukee Brewers acquired infielder Luis Urias and left-hander Eric Lauer from the San Diego Padres for outfielder Trent Grisham and right-hander Zach Davies in a swap of high-end prospects and veteran pitchers on Wednesday.

This wasn't the only move for the Padres on Wednesday. They also reached agreement on an expected four-year deal with left-handed reliever Drew Pomeranz, pending a physical, sources confirmed.

The Seattle Mariners and first-base prospect Evan White have agreed to a six-year, $24 million contract with three club options, sources familiar with the deal confirmed to ESPN's Jeff Passan on Friday.

White, 23, spent all of last season at Double-A with the Arkansas Travelers of the Texas League. No player at that level has ever received a long-term extension.

The Houston Astros have agreed upon a one-year, $8.3 million deal with Yuli Gurriel.

The agreement gives him a $300,000 raise from his scheduled salary for 2020.

Gurriel set career highs in home runs (31) and RBIs (104) this past season.

The 35-year-old agreed to a five-year, $47.5 million deal in July 2016 when he defected from Cuba. That deal called for an $8 million salary this coming season.

Jake Odorizzi accepted the Minnesota Twins' $17.8 million qualifying offer for a one-year contact and put himself in position to become a free agent again after the 2020 season.

"When it came down to it, the decision came down to me pretty much betting on myself and returning to a place I know very well and enjoyed and continue to improve on what I did last year and then re-entering the market next offseason with a different class," Odorizzi said Friday, a day after accepting the offer just before the deadline.

The Astros reshuffled their front office Thursday, with president Reid Ryan being moved to a lesser role in the organization as owner Jim Crane's son joined the executive team.

In addition, Nolan Ryan, the father of Reid who served as an executive adviser to Crane, "will not be back with the club," the Hall of Famer told Fox 26 in Houston via text message. "Will leave it at that."
